My entire experience was amazing. The spa was clean, staff was friendly. The clock in process was seamless. My masseuse concentrated on the areas that needed the most attention. Her pressure was perfect and I left on cloud 9. I will definitely be back

I was in so much pain from my shoulders to my arms - I usually carry the most tension on my neck area (I’m a side sleeper and did some strenuous upper body activity days before). I came to this place on a whim as I was looking for immediate relief and couldn’t get my usual body work done until later date. Mai was so sweet and her hands were magical. Needless to say I left there pain free and relaxed! I will be coming back and referring friends.

I really like this place. I usually have Nancy and she's awesome. I ask for medium pressure because I have RA all through my body. I usually do 60 mins full body, but I have done 90 mins before. I've never had a bad experience! Last time one of the customers were talking really loud throughout their session, and when I told Nancy it was loud she took care of it. Prices are pretty good too, especially if you pay in cash. - Nina

My husband and I did the 60 minutes feet/body combo. It was reasonably priced and the experience was good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We did have the massage in the common area but that was known to us before starting. We will be going back. Thank you Piedmont Family Spa. 😊

I received a fantastic deep tissue/accupressure massage at Piedmont Family Spa! Very firm (at my request) and got some major knots out of my back at a very reasonable price! I should say the pressure to tip was real — I gave in as I figured it was a reasonable price for an hour long massage and maybe the masseuse would get a better cut that way. But it definitely took me by surprise!

My massage therapist was wonderful. She was attentive to my body and found lots of tense spots. Service was timely and straight-forward, I will definitely be back!
